Terms and Conditions

1a. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered by zaZa'z for the purchase and delivery of products by the Internet.


1b. If the customer refers to his / her or other general terms and conditions, those terms and conditions do not apply.


2. All quotations are made without obligation and as long as stocks last. All prices used by zaZa’z are in euros and are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. If you are a foreign customer, you do not have to pay VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated seperatly.


3. Prices can be adjusted by zaZa’z at any time.


4. All customers of zaZa'z must register in advance by means of the registration form on the website. Customers must register under the official name of which they are registered with at the government / tax authorities. zaZa´z only sells to customers who are sector-oriented and will therefore check your data before giving access to the website. zaZa’z determines at all times who gets access to the webshop.


5. The agreement for the purchase and delivery of the goods is concluded after confirmation of an order of which has been placed by the customer. The customer will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is deemed to correctly reflect the content of the agreement. After the customer has placed an order at the zaZa’z website, the customer will receive a confirmation from zaZa’z. If products are not in stock, the invoice will be adjusted and the customer will receive the final invoice from zaZa’z. zaZa'z is at all times entitled to adjust the invoice if necessary Products cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.


6. Payment of the amount due to us can be made in the following ways:


• Transfer in advance by bank account: the customer transfers the amount to be paid to account number NL34RABO 010576229 in the name of zaZa’z.

As soon as the payment has been credited to this bank account, the goods will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. If the payment is not credited to this bank account within 7 days after ordering, the order will automatically expire and be cancelled.

• Payment via iDEAL: After the customer has placed an order at the website of zaZa’z, the customer will receive a confirmation from zaZa’z. If products are not in stock, they will be adjusted and the customer will receive the final invoice from zaZa’z with a the final invoice amount so the customer can pay with a bank transfer or iDEAL.


7. Once the payment has been credited to the bank account of zaZa’z, the goods will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days.


8. Stated delivery times are only target times, effective as soon as all information required for the execution of the agreement is in our possession, and are therefore not binding. If this is exceeded - for example as a result of late delivery by the manufacturer or the post office - the customer can therefore not assert any rights against zaZa’z. zaZa’z is therefore not liable for any damage resulting from a delivery term being exceeded.


9. The shipping costs of zaZa’z amount is € 7, - excluding VAT within the Netherlands. For orders to the islands, an additional island surcharge of € 12,50 will be charged. With the exception of the island surcharge, orders over € 400 (excluding VAT) are shipped free of charge. For other foreign shipments, the costs are determined based on the weight of the package and the destination. The shipping costs can be found on the invoice. By questions about shipping costs before placing an order zaZa’z can be contacyed per mail or by phone.



10. The risk with regard to the products to be delivered is transferred to the customer as soon as they are offered at the place of destination. If the customer fails to receive the products, the resulting damage and costs are for account of the customer. Any return shipments to zaZa'z are at the expense of the customer, must be made carriage paid and with a written statement of reasons. Damaged goods can not be sent back to zaZa’z without consultation. zaZa’z will decide if goods can be sent back or not.


11. After receipt of the goods delivered by zaZa’z, the customer must immediately check these goods. If there is something wrong with the delivered goods, the customer must inform zaZa’z of this within 2 working days. After these 2 working days, this warranty expires. It is therefore very important that the customer always checks the goods after receipt. In the event of problems, the customer must inform zaZa’z of the problem by telephone or in writing. It is not possible to exchange and / or return items.


12. The customer has a 6-week warranty on the goods delivered by zaZa’z, this only applies if the customer has handled the product properly. If the customer wishes to make a claim under the warranty, zaZa’z has the right to determine whether the product can be returned. The customer can only claim the warranty after showing the purchase invoice. These products that have been taken back will be credited or settled with a subsequent order. No replacement product will be returned. And zaZa’z will decide at any time if products can be returned or not. Without any consultation before returning any damaged goods zaZa’z has the right to reject these returns. The customer can only return the product to the place where the customer purchased the product. If the customer still sends the product to the head office in Nijmegen without having purchased it there, or the product doesn’t fall within the warranty, the shipping costs are for their own account.


13. The data entered by the customer is registered in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and is only used to provide the requested information or to deliver the ordered items to the correct place of destination. The data will not be provided to third parties.

14. Nothing from this website may be used for your own purposes without any permission.

15. zaZa'z is never obliged to pay any compensation to the customer and others except in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of zaZa'z.

16. In the event of force majeure - this includes any circumstance beyond our control, of such a nature that compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably be expected of us - the customer cannot hold us liable for compensation.

17. Our quotations and agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
